This location is close to the airport where you can get a shuttle and be around all the cafes and restaurants etc. It was a quiet room and clean. The front desk lady was very sweet, kind, understanding with excellent customer service. Thank you! They only recommendation I would provide is to clean the vents as there was a lot of dust and the walls since there were some gross looking marks, but overall clean enough.
Updated on 12/18/2025: many thanks for resolving the bill discrepancy! We have stayed here several times while visiting family. The beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious and kept clean by the housekeeping staff. The indoor pool is a great feature of this hotel! The fitness room offers only 1 treadmill and it has been broken for awhile. One nice feature of breakfast is waffles! Not all rooms have a microwave or refrigerator, so check in the description when reserving your room!
Thomas at the front desk is amazing. He is an outstanding front desk professional with exceptional customer service. I cannot be more appreciative of his flexibilty and willingness to go above and beyond for a customer. If you see Thomas at the front desk, know you are in good hands.
This is a great example of the consistent Hampton Inn experience. The only reason that I've marked the service as four instead of five stars is because there was an issue with calling a shuttle from the airport. I had to get a Lyft after trying to get through for almost half an hour. I did let the staff know once I arrived that there was an issue with the phone line and I hope they have fixed it for the next travellers.
Easy to book and check-in. Great service and super clean room. Loved the Zero products in the room. My studio room didn't have a mini fridge but that was on me for not reading the details. Overall great stay and will be back.
Service: excellent . The staff were very responsive. Room: we had a studio two Queen beds and it was very spacious. But here's the problem - Hot water was not coming in the shower. I raised an issue and they told they were going to fix it. I'm still waiting for it to be fixed. Will update based on if it was fixed. Bed quality: excellent. We slept very well. Air conditioning unit quality: Excellent!
This hotel was a GREAT PLACE to stay!!! Everyone from the manager to the front desk staff to housekeeping has been so friendly!!! Great location!!! An improvement would be for all rooms to have a mini frig and microwave.
This is an amazing place! We stay here at least once a year when we come to see family. The rooms we stay in are always super clean and well kept, and the receptionists are all so sweet. It is usually quiet here, but it is right next to the interstate. Which does give it a great location but a bit of noise. The breakfast is always amazing as well!
